• Risk transfers upon delivery or arrival at site.
• We are not responsible for third-party contractor performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services or goods.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
