With over a decade of experience designing, manufacturing, and delivering modular buildings at scale, we’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term accountability—now applied to the U.S. market.
ORANA exists for one reason: to make it easier to own a well-built home—whether that’s a backyard home, ADU-style living, or a primary dwelling—without the uncertainty, delays, and quality issues that can come with traditional builds.

We’re not parachuting Australian homes into the U.S. and hoping for the best. AJC Modular USA adapts our proven modular system to meet American land types, codes, and lifestyle demands.We convert measurements to feet/inches, meet local building standards, and work with local site conditions. We pair our Australian engineering heritage with American delivery, local installation partners, and U.S.-compliant certification paths.
